The following is a summary of incidents in the upcounty to which the Montgomery County Police responded recently. The words "arrested" and "charged" do not imply guilt.

Aggravated assault

ÔOn Oct. 31 between 10:40 and 10:47 p.m. in the 11400 block of Honeybear Lane in Germantown. Domestic related. Suspect arrested at the scene.

ÔOn Nov. 2 between 2:15 and 2:30 a.m. on Carved Stone Court in Boyds. Officers were dispatched for a fight in progress. When they arrived they found a 20-year-old man with a laceration to the head. Police are looking for six assailants. One is described as Asian man, 18-22 years old, 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 6 inches tall, 135-155 pounds, with a knife. The vehicle is described as a red Toyota with Maryland tags.

Strong-arm robbery

ÔOn Oct. 28 at 2:15 p.m. at Northwest High School, 13501 Richter Farm Road in Germantown. One student approached another and forcibly removed property from the victim.

Vehicle theft

ÔCriswell Sports, 19570 Amaranth Drive, between 2:10 and 2:30 a.m. on Oct. 28. Four ATVs stolen.

Ô12700 block of Gorman Circle in Germantown, between Oct. 27 and Oct. 28. Window pried, no property taken.

Ô12600 block of Bright Spring Way in Germantown, between 6:30 p.m. Oct. 27 and 7:30 a.m. Oct. 28. Unlocked vehicle, no property taken.

ÔRoyal Crown Court in Germantown, between midnight Oct. 27 and 6 a.m. Oct. 28. Unlocked vehicle, iPod, cell phone taken.

Residential burglary

Ô19800 block of Sovereign Court in Germantown, at 3:49 a.m. Nov. 1. The victim heard someone trying to force entry and called police. The suspect was found nearby and arrested.

Ô12900 block of Clarksburg Square Road in Clarksburg between 7:30 p.m. Oct. 30 and 8 p.m. Oct. 31. Attempted forced entry, no entry gained.

Ô25900 block of Largo Court in Damascus, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Oct. 28. No signs of forced entry, property taken.

Ô9800 block of Bethesda Church Road in Damascus, between 8 p.m. Nov. 1 and 2 p.m. Nov. 2. No signs of forced entry, home vandalized, nothing taken.
