The following is a summary of incidents in the First (Rockville) and Fourth (Wheaton-Glenmont) districts to which the Montgomery County Police responded in recent weeks. The words "arrested" and "charged" do not imply guilt.
First District
Aggravated assault
ÔOn Oct. 29 between 2:45 and 3:20 p.m. at the G & G lot, 14825 Dover Road in Rockville. The victim, whose vehicle had been towed, found a person in the vehicle and attempted to stop him from driving out, but he was struck with the vehicle. A person was arrested nearby.
Armed robbery
ÔOn Oct. 29 at 6:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of First Street in Rockville. A person was robbed of cash at gunpoint and the robber fled on foot. The robber is described as a black male, 17-20, 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, 150-175 pounds, wearing a black ski mask, black hooded jacket, blue sweatshirt and blue sweatpants.
indecent exposure
ÔOn Nov. 3 at 6:46 a.m. at College Parkway and Nelson Street in Rockville. A victim said a man exposed himself.
Strong-arm robbery
ÔOn Oct. 27 between 11 and 11:20 p.m. at Clearfield and Veirs Mill roads in Rockville. A woman was walking when a man grabbed her and removed her wallet, containing cash. He then fled on foot on Veirs Mill Road. The robber is described as white, 35-45, 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, 180-200 pounds, heavy build, unshaven, wearing a blue hooded jacket, blue jeans and work boots.

Fourth District
Aggravated assault
ÔOn Nov. 3 at 1:50 a.m. at the Glenmont Shopping Center at Georgia Avenue and Randolph Road in Wheaton. Three men approached another man, assaulted him and fled in a green four-door vehicle occupied by two adults.
ÔOn Nov. 2 at 7 p.m. in the 2300 block of Blueridge Avenue in Wheaton. Domestic related.
Armed robbery
ÔOn Oct. 30 at 3:34 p.m. in the 3400 block of Rippling Brook Drive in Silver Spring. Two men approached a female. One man assaulted her and took her purse. The incident is believed to be related to previous robberies targeting Asian females and Asian couples.
Indecent exposure
ÔOn Oct. 29 at 12:30 p.m. in the 12200 block of Judson Road in Silver Spring. A juvenile male exposed himself to a woman. He was arrested.
Vehicle larceny
ÔGlenmont Metro parking lot, 12501 Georgia Ave. in Wheaton, between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Oct. 29. Forced entry; clothing, GPS, electronic equipment taken.
